LONG-TERM MULTIFAMILY ACQUSITION
These long-term investments, include purchasing undervalued (and underutilized) multifamily rental properties. Capital is utilized to improve the property, increase net cash flow and equity valuation – following which the property is held to generate rental income, or divested to realize capital appreciation.

STEP 1 - ACQUISITION
We target multifamily properties where we can physically increase the net operating income, above and beyond natural appreciation. We typically acquire properties, located close to major transit routes and employers, that have unusually high vacancy rates and are poorly maintained and/or operated.

At Argento Properties, we believe in purchasing strategically located land investments, that have a high probability of capital appreciation. Generally we will develop the property, so we can maximize cash flow, and not solely rely on appreciation. We purchase properties below market value, so each unit has in-built equity.
We purchase both commercial and residential land, and a very important component of our portfolio is fertile agricultural land.
